Kamnik has its own golf course (Arboretum Volcji potok) that is only three kilometres from the centre. If you want to test some other golf courses in Slovenia you can choose among many clubs in the neighbourhood - golf club Barje in located 20 kilometres from Kamnik (in Ljubljana), a brand new golf club named Diners Club Ljubljana is even closer (at Smlednik - 15 kilometres from Kamnik) and even  the oldest Slovenian golf clubs at Bled and Lipica are not more than one hour driving from Kamnik. Kamnik golf course is one of the most beautiful and most difficult golf courses in Slovenia so it is a challenge to the best, too.
