Kamnik's olympic swimming pool is located only 300 metres from the centre and it is a part of sports centre (includes beach volleyball and tennis courts). The outdoor swimming pool with heated water is the home of Kamnik swimming and waterpolo club, from early morning and up to late afternoon it is also used by local people and tourists. There is also a smaller indoor swimming pool at Cirius, education, rehabilitation and qualification centre. Cirius organises special swimming programmes for handicaped, pregnant women and mothers with young children. If you prefer bathing in thermal water the visit of Snovik (10 kilometres from Kamnik) is a must. Besides indoor and outdoor swimming pools Snovik offers sauna, massage, wellness and much more.
